Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information handled when you visit promptink.net or contact PromptInk. It describes the current site configuration and the disclosures that will apply if advertising is activated later.

Information handled when you visit

PromptInk is delivered through a hosting and content-delivery provider. Like most web infrastructure, that provider may process technical request data such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, referring page, device or network characteristics, and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain security.

The current PromptInk source does not include Google Analytics, an advertising tag, a login system, a comment system, or a contact form. Our own site JavaScript supports navigation and copy-to-clipboard interactions and does not intentionally set cookies.

Email and direct contact

If you email us, we receive the address you use, the message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate a correction or rights request, protect the site, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and specifically requested.

Cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers

PromptInk does not currently serve Google ads. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is activated, Google and other third-party vendors may place and read cookies on your browser, use web beacons, receive IP addresses or other identifiers, and process information about visits to this and other websites in order to deliver, measure, limit, secure, or personalize advertising where permitted.

Advertising controls are available through My Ad Center. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect site features.

Consent for advertising and analytics

Before activating Google advertising or analytics that requires consent in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another applicable jurisdiction, PromptInk will implement the required notice and consent controls. Where required, relevant storage and personalized advertising signals will remain denied until the visitor makes a choice. A visitor will be able to reject nonessential processing and revisit that choice.

Personalized advertising and sensitive information

PromptInk does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying information to Google in ad requests or analytics events. If advertising is activated, URLs, event data, and audience settings will be reviewed to prevent the transmission of personally identifiable information and to avoid creating advertising audiences from sensitive categories or child-directed activity.

Affiliate links and sponsored content

If a page contains an affiliate link, sponsorship, free product access, or another material relationship, the relationship will be disclosed near the affected content. A third-party destination has its own privacy practices, and its operator may collect information after you follow the link.

Data sharing

Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, deliver, or support the site and email. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer. We do not state that personal information is sold by PromptInk.

Retention

Technical logs are retained according to the hosting and security configuration in effect at the time. Email and request records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, document corrections or rights issues, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention may vary by record type.

Children

PromptInk is written for adult content creators and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use the site to collect personal information from children or build child-directed advertising audiences.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about applicable processing. To make a request, email hello@promptink.net with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need limited information to verify and respond to the request.

Changes to this policy

This page will be updated when the site adds or materially changes analytics, advertising, account features, forms, or other data processing. The effective date above will reflect an actual policy revision, not an automatic timestamp change.
